Company History
digiCreative was formed in 2008, through the merger of two established web design companies, Utilis Ltd and AlphaMedia Concepts. This merger combined the two companies' talents, with the end-result of being able to provide a better service to our customers.
Utilis Ltd was founded by Matthew Whyte in 2006, with a focus on customer service. AlphaMedia Concepts was formed in 2005, as the web development arm of the Television Media Group (TVMG). Fusion Media joined the team in 2008.
Our history is continuing to be written, as we continue towards our goal of growing as a company.
