Matthew Whyte — Managing Director
Matthew started working in Information Technology (IT) in 2002 by providing computer support services. He then studied at Waikato University and worked for the Computer Science department. In 2005 Matthew joined the IT team at Mustard Technologies as a web development consultant. The year 2006 saw Matthew form a web design company, Utilis, which later merged with AlphaMedia Concepts to form digiCreative in 2008. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys travel and the great outdoors.

James Pluck — Senior Web Developer
James discovered his love for computers in the eighties at High School where "science and mathematics just made sense." James always wanted to be creative and considers web and software development as an outlet for his creativity. Outside cyber space James enjoys cycling and is determined to complete the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge in the forecoming future. James has been married to Gaylene for six years and they have three boys.

Paul Fawcett — Director
Paul adds his vast business experience and enthusiasm to the digiCreative team, especially in the areas of human resources and operations management. Paul has a passion for community and is ardent about seeing young people develop themselves in business. Paul is also the managing director of Television Media Group, has been married to Rhonda for 24 years and they have four children.
Daryl Anderson — Director
Daryl adds his vast experience and talents to the team in the areas of finance and management. Daryl comes from a background in banking and farming and since 2000, the development of regional television broadcast in the Waikato and BOP. Daryl is Executive Trustee & CEO of Television Media Group. He resides in Matamata, has been married to Larisa since 1985, and they have 3 children.
Larisa Anderson — Payroll & Administration
Larisa has 24 years experience in the banking and finance industry. She works for digiCreative, overseeing payroll, administration and personnel. She is also a Trustee and accounts manager for Television Media Group. With a strong emphasis on family – both home and work – Larisa also makes sure the team are content in their workplace.
